编者按：2023年中国整合肿瘤学大会（CCHIO）于11月16～19号在天津举行，在国际专场三——Unit 4上，斯洛文尼亚卢布尔雅那肿瘤研究所的Simona Borstnar教授带来了“Current Standards and Future Challenges in Breast Cancer Immunotherapy”的报告，会后特邀Simona Borstnar教授就斯洛文尼亚乳腺癌患者的乳房重建等话题进行分享。

 

Simona Borstnar教授：我是Simona Bortsnar，来自斯洛文尼亚卢布尔雅那肿瘤研究所的肿瘤内科医生。斯洛文尼亚是欧洲中部的一个小国，人口仅略多于200万，而幅员辽阔的中国令我印象深刻。这是我第二次来访，中国的民风淳朴、历史悠久以及先进技术，令人流连忘返。中国科学如此优秀，本次会议组织有序，让我久久不能忘怀，所以我很留恋本次会议的天津时光。本次会议带给我许多收获，希望我的演讲也能对其他参会人员有所帮助。

 

Oncology Frontier:Before we start with the questions，I’m going to thank you for attending our meeting and I’m going to ask you to introduce yourself to our audience.

 

Simona Borstnar:So good afternoon，I’m Simona Borstnar.I’m medical oncologist at the institute of oncology in Ljubljana，Slovenia.Slovenia is one tiny country in the middle of Europe with only slightly more than 2 million inhabitants and I’m very impressed how big the China is.So I’m second time now in China and I’m really impressed by kindness of the people，by Chinese history and culture，by development of technology.How excellent is Chinese science and I am also impressed how good organize this conference.So I really enjoy the time here in Tianjin during this conference.It is beneficial for me，and I hope that my talk was a little beneficial for other audience at the conference.

 

Simona Borstnar教授：在斯洛文尼亚，所有需要重建的乳腺癌术后患者均得到了重建，而且重建费用均由国家医疗保险支付。我们只有一种健康保险，或称为公共健康保险。所有患者在需要重建时都会得到合适的手术治疗。当肿瘤太大而无法进行保乳手术时，或者为BRCA1或BRCA2突变患者时，也可以考虑进行预防性对侧乳腺切除术。

 

Oncology Frontier:Can you please introduce the current state of breast reconstruction in your country?

 

Simona Borstnar:So in Slovenia，actually all breast cancer patients which need reconstruction after surgery for breast cancer got it，and all constructions are paid by national health insurance.We have only one health insurance or public health insurance actual.And all patients get proper surgical treatment when reconstruction is needed.So in the case when the tumor is too big to make conserving surgery，or even in case if patients is a carrier of BRCA-1 or BRCA-2 mutation，and in this case also preventive surgery of contateral breast is performed.
